Travel to Latvia
The participants of the "Baltic Spin" conference who need visas to Latvia should apply for a tourist visa for the period of the conference : August 09 -August 13, 2016.
To get a tourist visa it is necessary to get a confirmation of the hotel reservation from the conference hotel "Kurshi".
This personal confirmation letter can be obtained by sending an e-mail to Ms. Diana Serga at the Kurshi hotel :
In the e-mail to Ms.Diana Serga each participant applying for the Latvian tourist visa should state that he/she is a "Baltic Spin" conference participant and give the name that is spelled exactly as in the national passport of the participant.
